Our Organisation Structure
Two Swords operates as a consultancy partnership providing specialised services to international students and businesses. Based in Suffolk, UK, we employ a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering expert advice and support in education and management consultancy.
As a consultancy firm, we primarily employ professionally qualified individuals and consider the risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be low. Our focus is on implementing robust policies and procedures for our suppliers to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
Our Policies
We have developed comprehensive policies and procedures that guide our operations and interactions with suppliers. Over the next 12 months, we will introduce the following policies to reinforce our commitment to combating modern slavery:
Respectful Workplace Policy: Ensuring dignity and respect at work for all employees and partners.
Ethical Sourcing Policy: Establishing guidelines for sourcing practices that prohibit modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our Ethical Sourcing Policy will empower employees to report any suspicions or breaches of ethical standards, including instances of slavery, human trafficking, forced or child labour, and other human rights violations. We guarantee confidentiality and provide clear mechanisms for reporting such issues.
Supplier Due Diligence
Two Swords is dedicated to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our supply chains. Over the next year, we will implement systems to
Identify and assess potential risk areas when engaging new suppliers and regularly review existing supply chains.
Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.
Monitor and address potential risk areas effectively.
Safeguard whistleblowers who report any concerns related to modern slavery.
We will communicate our Anti-Slavery Policy to our key suppliers to underscore our values and expectations.
